I’m Jerica Richardson, an anthropologist, humanitarian, strategist, storyteller, and guide. For more than 28 years, I have helped people, organizations, and communities navigate complex challenges and turn ideas into purposeful action.
My work is grounded in science and strategy, but shaped just as deeply by lived experience, faith, healing, and intentional living. SiStarSpeak™ grew from that intersection: a space where honest conversation can become clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
From the DJ booth to the stage, I blend clarity with compassion to empower others to lead boldly, communicate authentically, and build legacies that truly matter.
The work I do today was shaped by decades of service, seasons of rebuilding, and the realization that our experiences can become both wisdom and purpose.

My career in public service has centered on leadership, strategic planning, and people-centered problem-solving. It taught me how to navigate complexity, connect different perspectives, and create practical paths that move people and ideas forward.

My life has also been shaped by transition, profound loss, healing, and rebuilding. Those seasons deepened my understanding of intentional living: protecting my peace, making room for joy, and choosing to grow without losing myself in the process.

Over time, my professional experience and personal journey found a shared voice. That intersection inspired my book, Silver Lining, the creation of SiStarSpeak™, my holistic lifestyle work, and The InBetween Lounge™, where the music carries the same message. Each is a different way to turn reflection, knowledge, and lived experience into meaningful impact.
